Our 1968 Globetrotter Airstream required a lot of love when we first set eyes on her. Bashed about and covered in bruises we worked with a company in Germany to create a reconditioned body whilst designing and developing a bespoke kitchen to suit the needs of a street food trailer that could handle large scale catering suitable for any event; from fine festival fodder to sparkling event catering Relish has a flexible set up to suit any occasion. 

Built bespoke for high speed quality catering our airstream has:

•  two grills 
•  one griddle  
•  one chargrill 
•  supervent extraction 
•  commercial drawer refrigeration 
•  hot and cold running water 
•  sinks for prep, cleaning & hygiene 
•  built in sound system for private parties or ambient music at events.

Relish received a 5 star hygiene rating on it’s recent inspection by Waveney District Council.
