Relish’s ‘restaurant on the road’ concept brings big food flavours to life, serving up tasty dishes such as: organic salmon and dill burger with honey and saffron pickled fennel, sweet pickled red onions, sun blushed tomatoes and citrus mayonnaise.  All food and sauces are freshly made for each event to guarantee quality and flavour; plus each dish is made to order in front of the customer, enhancing the restaurant style service. Crucially, the menu can be tailored to suit the audience.

All dishes are served with style to whet the appetite and come in a fully compostable box. We source the majority of our ingredients from across the East of England to minimise food miles, support ethical farmers as well as the local community. This approach combines access to the best ingredients with ethical farming practices.

Our suppliers include John Coleman for hand reared, locally sourced and slaughtered meat, J.W. Diaper poultry for 3rd generation free range and organic chicken and using day boat catches from Lowestoft and Mersea Island for fish supplies. Our salads and herbs are sourced from Thetford Forest through Kemp Herbs.
