ABOUT US

Relish is a joint venture between Mark Blake, an executive chef with extensive experience across the globe and Anthony Reilly, a brand consultant with a passion for great tasting food.  Based in Beccles, we create hand-made, big food flavours that combine locally sourced produce with distinctive, fresh flavours to create exciting street & event food to tantalise the taste buds. 
Our aim is to bring the finest street, festival and event food to East Anglia and beyond.  



MARK BLAKE
Executive head chef of The Crown Stoke by Nayland for over six years, named one of the inspectors’ favourites in the 2011 Michelin Eating Out in Pubs Guide. Mark has also worked extensively in London, Spain and Melbourne in restaurants as well as providing event catering for concerts and fashions shows.

 






ANTHONY REILLY
Former London advertising agency Account Director, with advanced understanding of brand and creative development and over seven years experience working with clients across FMCG; alcohol; electronics and motoring industries.
